“Great collection of Christmas decorations, nice staff , clean and tidy shop. One big problem is the amount of tills not open while the customer is waiting 15+ deep.”
“One of my favourite shopping centers, my only issue is that since COVID-19 happened there are not as many seating areas. I struggle to walk and sometimes sitting down is essential. I am wondering can this be improved while also keeping customers and staff safe?”

“Today I visited your store with a query on my sons nitendo switch which had been damaged but was insured with your care plan but unfortunately didn't have my receipt for my console but details of my care plan, I spoke to a young lad which unfortunately didn't get his name who went out of his way to try & help & give me advice on what to do next. He was really helpful & had great customer service skill & couldn't of done any more to help me.”
“I just want to say a massive thank you to 2 ladies at argos Silksworth. Their names are Kelly and jess. I came in with a return which had missed a return date by a week or so due to my father having covid and being very poorly and unable to return to store, they immediately resolved the issue and even had the time to ask how my dad was now and hope he is getting better. We have had such a bad time with online staff in regards to returning this item and this was our last place to try and they resolved everything so quickly and made me feel at ease and took so much stress off of my family so thank you so much girls”

“Lovely shop friendly staff however my only moan is that the checkouts are right at the very back of the shop and as my partner has mobility issues quite a distance to walk their and then back to exit again bit all in all a good store plus a bonus they have toilets and baby change room which is great as the only other place that has loos over their is Costa coffee but no baby change facilities”
