“Today I went the Sunderland store after being to the Dalton Park store, as I wanted a outdoor storage unit which the Dalton Store one didn't have. I have to say the manager and member of staff where very helpful at Dalton Park store and went to trouble to find out which stores had the unit I was after ...Credit to a girl called Ashley @Sunderland store as she went of her way to look for the outdoor storage I was after as the 1st one she brought out was the wrong colour. She took me straight to customer service deck to be served by a different assistant who at the time was busy with another customer. Ashley jump on a till to get the queue down, then notice I was still waiting to be served so came back over and took me to her till for me to purchase the unit.... She also took the unit to our car and give a helping hand to get the unit into the boot (tight squeeze but we managed). I would like to say a huge thank you and totally appreciate your help....... That's what you call good customer services....... Well done Ashley...”

“One of my favourite shopping centers, my only issue is that since COVID-19 happened there are not as many seating areas. I struggle to walk and sometimes sitting down is essential. I am wondering can this be improved while also keeping customers and staff safe?”

“Today I visited your store with a query on my sons nitendo switch which had been damaged but was insured with your care plan but unfortunately didn't have my receipt for my console but details of my care plan, I spoke to a young lad which unfortunately didn't get his name who went out of his way to try & help & give me advice on what to do next. He was really helpful & had great customer service skill & couldn't of done any more to help me.”
