“Bright and airy. Plenty of parking both undercover and open air. Once again though,travelator up NOT WORKING, and today (15/8) no cash!!! Plus, lift up not working properly either, kept opening doors instead of going up! Then only 1 poor assistant on check-outs, and big queues started to form!!!! Get it sorted Sainsburys!!!!! .”

“Terrible service i recovering from heart attack .And 1 person on 4 tills waited in quene 8 mins as people putting on lottery on same till.Badly managed .Then no help with packing Carrier ..Total unlike tesco .who if you look not much difference in price .But staff helpful service 10 times better Apperance and Attitude of Heron staff sum it up ..I asked why you cant help bag my 2 bags .Reply off gum chewing tattoes woman staff on Till.."l' div'nt get paid to dee" that ."...Never again i' walk extra 500yards to Tesco from now on !!!!”
