“No waiting around ,soon as entering the store I was dealt with initial eye examination,admin was efficient,and seen by optician almost immediately,felt comfortable and relaxed ,chose spectacles easily from range,a big thank you to the lady who initially greeted me pleasantly and efficiently (Emma)and to the Optometrist (Maxwell)who carried out the eye test also efficiently,also advice/recommendation on managing my dry eye problem ,all in all 5 stars goes to Boots Opticians,247 high street west, Sunderland,sr1 3de.i'l certainly revisit this store when needed again,Thanks to all staff ?”

“Prescriptions have never been made easier. Dominion online pharmacy is my nominated pharmacy so my prescriptions are automatically sent to them. I got my prescription delivered to my door the very next day free of charge. Saved me the stress of going to the pharmacy and having to queue or wait for them. What an easy way. “Not my usual pharmacy but had to call in for a prescription sent by my GP. The lady assistant was extremely helpful and kind with other items I purchased. The same lady was on duty when I called in for some lateral flow tests kits. She is a credit to the job. The same cannot be said for the staff at my usual pharmacy in Sea Road sadly.”

“Review only of the Covid vaccine resource unit here not of the actual pharmacy.It's easy to get to.The opening times are early enough for me to get my vaccine before I start work.You can park in the car park or street park near by.The staff in the vaccine part are friendly and efficient.(I don't think they have the easiest place to work in- converted shipping container style unit- so I give them a lot of credit for doing such a good service in there)”
