“5 stars because of the lovely pharmacist but awful experience with a counter assistant. I never write reviews but on this occasion I will because I believe a pharmacy should be a place that you can go too when you need genuine help or advice and not to be made like your asking god for a paracetamol. I know questions are needed to be asked by counter assistants and that is fine but I was spoken too and looked at like I was something the cat had dragged in. Please take my advice counter assistant at the pharmacy ! Don’t judge people ! I came in for help ! I’m a professional person and writing this on behalf of every other human being that might come for help. Not everyone will feel able to voice how you make them feel so I am doing it for them. Be nice it costs absolutely nothing ! People come to pharmacies for help and not to be looked at like aren’t deserving. Thank you to lovely pharmacist who looked at me as though I was an actual human being. Please do your job and remember the general public are being directed and encouraged to visit pharmacies before a GP, be someone and somewhere they can go too and approach without making them feel worse x x”

“They need to add more changing room upstairs. Create one specially for men because last time I was there d queue was long taking turn. Women naturally takes time to change so create space for men”
