Staff are inundated with administration of medi packs for the elderly and for old people's homes as our country's population ages.Some poorly members of the public can be on more than 12 medications a day.Each one has to be checked before being administered.As well as carrying out daily duties and procedures.More and more responsibility has been taken away from doctors and left with the already over worked pharmacist.Many counter staff are paid only minimum wage and have to deal with increasingly difficult situations.The people you snarl and are seething at want to help you and want to do a good job. Please be patient.Pharmacies far and wide are experiences the same circumstances, long waits and queues.Well done to the staff at Concorde, you are greatly appreciated.Keep up the good work.”

“Superdrug, Galleries, Washington.I visited today, Friday 8th Sept atn 4.30pm.Let me now set the scenario.A man of age, not young , nor OAP.Picking up clues for his wife's birthday. We visited the store last week and she smelled perfume in 'the weekly' display that she loved. Obviously being a man I took no notice of the name! Also being a man I didn't realise they changed weekly!!And so to tonight!Diving in after work to grab the 'surprise' , yes love, I was listening!Ahh cack the bottles had changed (week promotions)However....the young ladies working and serving there were AMAZING help.They knew what was on offer and helped me get the gift!A confused man was saved by the knowledge and compassion they showed. I say compassion because now I live another day due to a happy wife!I even signed up to the members card!It's not often people get praise, it's always negative, so I hope this gets to them.Thank you so much for the help.Not all heroes wear perfume!!!”
