“Tai ( excuse me if I have spelt it wrong) was honestly amazing from the off set. I went to see her and showed her my arm ( covered in blisters), she was immediately in the consultation room to examine me. What made this even better was that she asked for another pharmacist to double check. Two sets of eyes are always better then one!! Anyways I was diagnosed with shingels! She gave me medication etc I went home but on that night the pain became uncontrollable! I rang up to explain on that following morning she got me transfered to speak to a doctor ( took not even 15 mins) the doctor gave me pain relief medication.I was so worried about going into the pharmacy to get my medication with it being dangerous to certain people! Tia came to my car and popped it through my window!Tia is a queen and the full team in that place are just the best bunch of people!Katie”

“I recently had my ear pierced with a lovely women named Lauren C at metrocentre red mall, she was very informative about were I want pierced and about what would need to do for after care, going through time to heal cleaning and also what to avoid while going through healing. Whilst getting my ear peirce was very patient while fully deciding were wanted it done, overall lauren was kind, caring, informative and all round friendly and very easy to talk with. Would give more stars if could she went above and beyond what expected. Excellent person to be in the position she is in.

“My local Well chemist is tickety boo, considering I don't use any others. They've had their moments in the past with various members of staff. That's not my issue though. I get on great with those with the same sense of humour, but their are some with delusional of grandeur that beggars belief. Me and my family have often thought of transferring my needs to 'Boots" at the Metro Centre because of the same. Let's hope delusional attitudes subside!!”

“Today I visited the store to purchase a fathers day gift however I had been in the day before and they was a problem with my advantage card, the staff told me to ring a helpline which I was unable to do at the time however I came back the next day and was served by a gentleman named Jay. Jay was very polite & friendly, he took his time to listen to the problem and tried different options to solve it. Mindful that it is currently the only Pharmacy operating on Low Fell they must be under a lot of pressure to deliver and in my opinion they continue to do an admirable job in the circumstances.”

“One problem i have is supplied mobility scooter often loses power. Shop worker or security have to get another. Either people forget to plug in or lots of people using them so not charging long enough.”
