“Went in for an emergency prescription for my 85 year old grandma who was staying with us for Christmas and had forgotten her tablets 100 miles away. Pharmacist worked out a way to prescribe what she needed, eventhough there was a problem with the prescription. A real problem solver! The lady in the shop was so kind to give my toddler some lovely old toys she had behind the counter. It made his day. Christmas came early for him. Wonderful Christmas spirit! What a team.”

Dan and the team are courteous, conscientious and highly approachable, and in my experiences inside the shops I can see that they are able to level language to their individual customers, not just in my personal experience but in the interactions I’ve seen while I’ve been in the pharmacy. “Use these for my vaccinations and to have my medication delivered locally since around I think October/November 2022. Always great service and delivered with a smile, offered follow up calls for new medication to make sure I'm getting on ok with it and anytime I need to call it's never an issue. Recently had a couple of visits to get my ear wax removed in both ears. Initial check-up was thorough and after using the recommended drops for a couple of weeks the removal went well. Staff were kind and well informed. Would definitely recommend there services.”
