“Lovely shop friendly staff however my only moan is that the checkouts are right at the very back of the shop and as my partner has mobility issues quite a distance to walk their and then back to exit again bit all in all a good store plus a bonus they have toilets and baby change room which is great as the only other place that has loos over their is Costa coffee but no baby change facilities”
“I was looking for some trainers in a ladies size 8 but they only go up to a size 7. The young lady was ever so helpful n extremely friendly as I've never owned a pair before so was clueless but she encouraged me n was so nice. The young man on the till again was brilliant n so friendly I never felt uncomfortable once. Excellent staff!!!”

“Very helpful staff, helped me choose aftershave for my 14yr old son's birthday and the gift wrap for 1.99 was well worth anyones money with the added extra of the actual aftershave being sprayed on to the paper which went in the bag. I'll be heading back for my youngest son, he absolutely loved all the different aftershaves. Thank you for a pleasant experience.”
“One of my favourite shopping centers, my only issue is that since COVID-19 happened there are not as many seating areas. I struggle to walk and sometimes sitting down is essential. I am wondering can this be improved while also keeping customers and staff safe?”

“I love a good hunt through the British Heart Foundation charity shop! In this particular branch I have bagged quite a few goodies over the years including a gorgeous prom dress which originally would have cost £100+... and I paid the pricely sum of £5 for it! The staff is made up mainly of volunteers who are always very pleasant and helpful. That was my best buy but there have been others including Next jumpers, Topshop bags and belts, and other designer accessories. Not only is it good to know that you are getting a bargain but you also get that warm fuzzy feeling of knowing that your money is supporting a great, worthwhile cause.”
