Not enough staff, 2 desks on, queue a mile long and went down to 1 desk as lady was going on her lunch. Staff are lovely but have too many standing around greeting and directing customers instead of getting behind a desk and help clear the queue. The bank needs to increase staffing

Horrible, unhelpful staff. Lloyd's claims to have a policy of inclusion to help people with alternative proof of ID/address but your employees do not reflect this. I had to insist multiple times whether there were any other documents I could use since their website says to ask the local branch. Counter person doesn't care... read full comment

Employees are extremely rude and I actually got yelled at by a cleaning lady wearing a miticie T-shirt. Also their account opening procedure took ages
