Purchased a Samsung Tv last December. Stopped working this December still under a year old . Told it would be fixed before Xmas and not to worry that was 8dec . Xmas has come and gone and they then collected the tv yesterday. Now no tv till jan6 . Should have gone to Costco as they would have just replaced it . Terrible... read full comment

What a shambles.
