“I always find something to buy. I love the clearance section for trousers & t-shirts. Funny thing is that I can nearly always find my size, S or XS or size 8 and the garments fit. When I buy from the main store the sizes are all over the place and mostly too big. Thank goodness for the Outlet Store in Byker! Oh and the staff are lovely too and the fitting rooms are clean.”

“Had a Sparks offer of free bar of Swiss Milk Chocolate which wasn't in stock. Irene (who often serves us) on the checkout told us any Swiss bar was on offer and went and got us a bar of hazelnut chocolate. Can't ask for better service than that.”

Quick through the tills. Could do with a few more fitting rooms though instead of having to buy and call back to return items.”

I had to go and get it for the lady that served us. They should have their own stock behind the counter or make it fresh like other coffee shops.\\n\\nSlow service waiting for drinks and food to be made, bout 2 frappe and 2 sausage rolls, the rolls were heated but a bit burnt and the pistachio frappe was lovely.\\n\\nOverall pricey but tasty. Air con was a refreshing breeze after walking around too.”

“As next goes this was a bit larger than the norm, but that aside stock wasn't very accommodating to various sizes. It was hard to find anything much in differing sizes to the average 10/12. Only managed to find a few bits in a larger size in both womens and mens.”

“Opticians with in the store is fabulous from first arriving for an appointment to the eye care and eye test, the care and service was exceptional.Myself and husband were delighted and bought two pairs of glasses each and I have decide to take up their offer of another pair half price before December.The quality of the frames and lenses are the very best we both opted for M&S branded frames and they are really quality expensive looking, one of my pair is very similar to Kate Spade Designer frames.The cases the glasses came in were also top quality with a good sized cleaning cloth of really good quality and some lenses cleaning wipes to.Oops nearly forgot we were both given free hearing tests to ?”
