“I went to Byker store and found a lovely jacket, however not in my size. I saw a member of staff (Lauren) at the door and asked if they had my size in the stock room. She kindly checked and advised they were out of stock. There nearest outlet store was Dalton Park. I asked if she could check to see if they had one in stock as we were going to Dalton Park the next day. Lauren's app was not working properly due to Internet signal so she rang the store. After confirming they had one in stock she asked if it could be put to one side for collection the next day. Lauren has gone over and above to help me. This is 5 star customer service and deserves a shout out. Well done Lauren. Well done Marks and Spencer for employing such a worthy sales assistant. I hope this lady goes far in her career.”

“If you're looking for branded clothing but at a great price then look no further this is the place to be. The quality of the product brought is insane. I bought a trench coat and a long puffer jacket at a really great price considering the actual price. Go without a doubt, to keep it stylish.I will go again for their Christmas range as it has wide options for decoration and gifts.”

“I was looked after by Chloe at TK Maxx Kingston park, she is a credit to the store as I wanted help with purchasing 2 units she showed me the units to make sure I was happy with them before buying, and then she also helped me with taking them to the checkout, and then went on to helping me to my car. “Just popped into MnS Eldon Square looking for a handbag ….. sadly didn’t find one, so had a look around I have to congratulate MnS for employing a young girl who may have a version of Downs Syndrome….. she was lovely!!! Asked me how I was, and did I need help? I’m sure I was interrupting her jib of folding the T shirts, bye I had to stop and talk to her…. She was an asset to MnS ! Sadly another woman she greeted just ignored her …. Just sitting in the cafe now with my coffee and cake !!!!”

This particular Tkmaxx is more organised unlike my local Bracknell in Berkshire tkmaxx which is one of the worst & very messy! You can get good deals here but not everything is a good deal & not all items are designer labels. Based on a documentary I watched about TKmaxx few years ago, some of the clothing brands are actually owned by TKmaxx/TJmaxx
themselves but labelled with different brand name so not everything is designer brands but some are actually their own brand however you do get some good branded stuff at good prices.”

“Slow service, they only let you have 2 people in shop being served but there are plenty of seats for eating/drinking in.\\n\\nIt was strange ordering a frappe as the mixture is premade in the fridge near the door. I had to go and get it for the lady that served us. They should have their own stock behind the counter or make it fresh like other coffee shops.\\n\\nSlow service waiting for drinks and food to be made, bout 2 frappe and 2 sausage rolls, the rolls were heated but a bit burnt and the pistachio frappe was lovely.\\n\\nOverall pricey but tasty. Air con was a refreshing breeze after walking around too.”
