“Purchased: Sennheiser Sport True Wireless earbuds.No problem. I’d had issues with the Shure Aonic 215s and had to return 2 faulty pairs, but I was refunded without hassle, and Richer Sounds didn’t make the earbuds (tip: be careful with the Shure earbuds- very unreliable).Staff are helpful, keen and knowledgeable, and will give honest opinions on other items.The Sennheiser earbuds are excellent for their price. Decent audio, good fit for when running, decent battery life, although you might get slight aching if you wear them for too long - just like most earbuds.”

The staff in the Samsung phone shop said there was a good shop downstairs, so I tried it today.When I went to Mobile Phone Essentials I told the man behind counter what kind of phone I had. He picked up a phone case and it was a perfect fit.I was really surprised because I was expecting to have to trail all over the place looking for a case, but no.Yep I can definitely recommend Mobile Phone Essentials in Eldon Square Newcastle.”
