“Called in and asked the guy to see what the problem with my phone was . He wasn't sure but he looked at it and sorted it for me. I didn't want to buy a new phone just yet as this one is good enough for my purposes. Unlike all the other phone shops who just told me it wasnt fixable and tried to flog me a new phone. I didnt get his name but when I do need a new phone I will go there for sure. Refreshing to see a genuine guy who wasn't just thinking of his commission.”

“Had a windscreen repair. Excellent service. They assessed it and made a convenient appointment to repair. Took the car along, parked up, did some shopping and when we got back you couldn't even see the repair! They also told me about joining their free motoring club which gave me a voucher for £5 so reduced the cost of the repair as well. Good stuff!”

“Staff were very helpful, but my son had done due diligence and knew what would give us the most capacity.
The team who delivered the American Fridge freezer worked out how they would get it in as we have a difficult entrance.
Could not be more pleased looks fab it's like a tardis looks small on outside but huge on inside.

“We were desperate to find the lava man schleic figure but it wasn't on the shelf so we asked an employee, Taylor was on his name badge (tall with Auburn hair) to help. He so easily could have told us that's all they had in, but he looked through every single box and in the last box he found it - amazing customer service and a very happy 6 year old. Thank you Taylor!!”
“We have just used NERCL for the Stannington Battle of Britain/ WW2 event. Ryan and the team were excellent. The issue we had to overcome was having a clear line of communication between the three parking areas situated throughout the village over a distance of 1.5 miles. Ryan was able to carry out a geographical survey for us prior to allowing me to try the radios before we put our order in which was fantastic and reassured us that the equipment would be suitable for the day the event.The radio comms we’re also part of our SAG assessment and using a specialist company meant we had no issues from the Council or Emergency Services. We estimate that over 3500 attended the event which was greatly assisted by the radio comms provided by NERCL.I would thoroughly recommend Ryan and the team if you want hassle free comms at your event.”
