I’d had issues with the Shure Aonic 215s and had to return 2 faulty pairs, but I was refunded without hassle, and Richer Sounds didn’t make the earbuds (tip: be careful with the Shure earbuds- very unreliable).Staff are helpful, keen and knowledgeable, and will give honest opinions on other items.The Sennheiser earbuds are excellent for their price. Decent audio, good fit for when running, decent battery life, although you might get slight aching if you wear them for too long - just like most earbuds.”

She went out of her way to find someone who knew plumbing, but he wasn't available.She helped me with the best of her knowledge to get the right one which was a perfect match for my toilet tank.Her manager should be proud of her and she is a credit to the tool station!”
