“No question too basic.No demonstration too much of an ask.No request considered too disruptive.I very rarely write reviews but the service I received from Dale and the team at Richer Sounds Newcastle over the past few months has been nothing short of outstanding and should be noted.Ordering in headphones that weren't listed for sale on their website (they had others from the same brand, ordering in speakers and giving me advise on the best accessories for my items got me where I wanted to be within my budget, never once did I feel pushed into spending more which can happen elsewhere.This is what customer service should be and Richer Sounds will have a customer for life if things stay this good.Thanks guys!”

“Doesn't stock every comic released, with publishers like AWA being under represented despite the quality of the comics. So you'd still have to look up solicitations online if you want Independent comics & at that point it's anybody's guess as to whether or not you would buy them from FP, they're not the cheapest by any means.Having said all that they do stock most things, will order if you ask for something they don't usually have & the figures, games, etc. selection is the best in town.”

“I have Used BM blinds in my last and current home and I will be moving again at the end of the month. I honestly couldn’t fault their service. The blind fittings have always been perfect and are good quality, price is decent and including fitting the cheapest company I have found so far. Receptionist is always lovely. “Shopping at Wolseley Scotswood is always very pleasant, Andrew, Chris and Shaun bring out what ever you order on time every time....sometimes i feel like am in the Christmas play where the 3 wise kings are bringing gifts to the stables, \\\"in this case you have to pay\\\"\\n\\nThey're also good listeners i would compare them to the Samaritans in some way, every time i have had a hard day at work, they'll always lend an ear and tell me im right even when im wrong, or at least they seem to agree, \\\"may be just good customer service\\\"\\n\\nWell I am already excited about my visit tomorrow to buy an expansion vessel for a Worcester Greenstar CDI as i know they will come out smiling when they see me stopping just short of throwing rose petals.
