“Marked as 5 star because of the quality but I personally don't like the idea of the long walk following the arrows to get to where you want but that is just my preference as people do like to slowly browse as you go. The products are quality and value for money. One day when I have time I might slowly browse and then have a break in the cafe which appears to have a wide variety and at a good price”

“Great Customer service and quality products.Have order 3 different brackets from this company all really heavy duty and high quality at an affordable price.The most recent purchase I had made was lost in transit by Yodel and the plasma centre sent out an alternative bracket that was actually a higher end model as a replacement by next day delivery at no extra cost. “I used this business for the first time in April 2023. I purchased upvc skirting boards and adhesive. I was attended to by Andrew Coleby who has outstanding customer service and fully explained how I need to fix them to wall etc. He showed me the product before I purchased and discussed any queries with me. Extremely patient going through everything. He arranged prompt delivery the next day, without any problem at all. I can fully recommend using this company and particularly this branch. Excellent service received. Not yet fitted them as a few delays my end but am confident they will look great.”

“I don’t normally do reviews , but on this occasion I feel it would be wrong not too, tops tiles in Team Valley all staff excellent! But particularly Leanne she was so very helpful, I bought tiles then had to return as didn’t like my choice when put together with kitchen and lights, Leanne straight away offered me a refund or an exchange, she took a lot of time with me choosing the best colour/ size for a border tile to go nicely with the floor tiles and the lights, she made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. “Looked great. Popped in for 1 thing. Staff helped me find it. I was in and out within 10 minutes as it wasn't a busy time. Floor was uneven so I found it difficult to walk on without tripping.”

“My recently widowed mam had a problem with a tap that was supplied and fitted via her local plumber. The tap was less than 2 years old so she phoned the plumber who claimed the tap was out of warranty and told her she would have to buy a new tap and she would be charged for fitting it.My mam decided to look up the paper work and saw that the tap was a brand supplied exclusively by Wolseley so she took it upon herself to visit the local depot on the Team Valley Gateshead to enquire if the tap was still under warranty as her records said it came with a five year guarantee.The gentleman my mam spoke to at Team Valley was extremely helpful and he confirmed the tap was under warranty and he would immediately order her a replacement to collect the next day. Sure enough my mam went in the next day (16 Nov) and the gentleman greeted my mam with her name (and a friendly smile) and handed over a brand new replacement tap to her.Thank you very much to the Customer Service People at Wolseley Team Valley for your outstanding customer service. You really made a difference and helped my mam at an incredibly difficult time for her . Highly recommended. ?????”

“Started looking into a new kitchen months ago but until we discovered The Kitchen Works - we were struggling. A fair few companies weren't transparant with their pricing which is something we weren't comfortable with. 1 seemed to work on the premise of pluck a figure out of the air?.Customer Service was also lacking.Andrew Snowball from The Kitchen Works has been *amazing* and given us *outstanding Customer Service* ?. There is so much choice these days and we've found the process daunting plus with health issues it's been a stressful time. Andrew has guided us and his help has been invaluable and so very much appreciated.You'll really struggle to find a better company for a new kitchen in our opinion. They build the carcases on site so what you get delivered is rigid built units and very good quality at that. Lots of different door options available - styles/colours/ budget depending.We're so looking forward to taking delivery of our kitchen in the coming months (our choice - we could have it earlier).Will update with photos once kitchen is installed and decorated.Many thanks Andrew if you happen to see this?. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

Alison the manager is and has always been amazing whenever I have any dealings with the shop/staff Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will always continue to support them.
