“Just moved to the local area and the folks working here have been incredible.
Helped by checking CCTV when partner lost money in the cash machine (manager - rubbish with names - was a good laugh and happy to assist). One particular team member (again, rubbish with names!) has been awesome for local restaurant and dining options. He definitely deserves a commendation for striking the perfect balance of providing great customer service while remaining genuine, and up for a laugh.

“I was lucky to spend nine days in Peaslake Village and loved the pies and the friendly atmosphere in this store. It was my favorite routine to ride the Surrey Hills, have coffee and cake at the bus stop, buy wine and pies for dinner. They made us felt like locals. Wonderful time. Thank you?”

They had a revamp the inside looks amazing, they sell fresh coffee, slush puppy's(we all remember those) among fresh food and quite abit of co-op branded stuff which is good quality. Now if you fancy something fresh to throw in the oven on the way back from work they have a freezer full of cook frozen food, the lasagne is dam nice! I'll keep coming back for all that and the friendly staff.”

“I am very surprised by the negative reviews that mention "rude staff": Which staff members might they be? All the ones I have been served by (Bala, Gabriel, Siri, June and Ro) have all been very polite, helpful and have gone out of their way to accommodate. I am in the store every day as it's very near to my place of work, and use the PO during most of these visits, and have only ever been treated with courtesy and respect by all staff, both of the shop and the PO, even when it has been extremely busy due to either the time of year such as Christmas and the volume of parcels sent, or if there are more customers than usual). Definitely a 5 star service.Incidentally - I do recall a customer (it could very well be the same person who left a 1 star review a couple of months back who mentions it apparently "isn't a Post Office") having difficulty in understanding that the shop counter is separate from the Post Office, and in order to send anything then it must be done at the appropriate counter, around 4ft to the left. It's not really fair to have a squawk if the wrong counter was used - despite it being well signposted.”
“I've critisised them in the past having grown up close by but they've improved a lot in recent years and are much better set up as a local store for students. They're cheaper than the similar convienience stores on worplesdon road and have a wide range of basics”

“Huge thanks to the manager and team at Tesco Express – Guildford.
On Sunday, my day off, I thought I had lost my phone earlier that morning. I returned to the store feeling anxious, and despite it being a busy day, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The manager even took time to check the CCTV footage with me, showing patience and professionalism throughout.
In the end, the phone was found at my workplace — but their support truly meant a lot. In such a demanding job, their attitude deserves real appreciation.”

“This is surely the best selection and the longest opening hours, 07.30 to 20.30 weekdays, slight variations Saturday and Sunday. Disappointing range which is food based, very limited choice of stationery and toiletries.”
“Sainsburys in Stoughton, Guildford is a great local convenience store with very well stocked items and friendly members of staff always willing to help especially Marrissa who is very friendly and helpful. I still think the supermarkets take advantage of there customers on the pricing of items for example a packet of crisps £3.30 but this is down to the companies being greedy and making huge profits and not down to the staff working in the shops.”

“It's a nice little store. Very convenient after driving for a few hours from the airport and great for a few snacks. The customer service was really good, and the two men were polite. They had sold out of eggs but i guess that was reasonable as it was 11pm at a busy service station and the staff were really nice about it. It's a little overpriced but worth it for the convenience:)”

“I use BP on A3 it's a hit and miss when you go to the loo on both sides ,since they stared all the road works on junction 10 on m25 to A3 also sometimes can't use your BP app on phone as can't always pick a signal up otherwise do good snacks and coffee.”
