“Coop Horsell High Street is a great place to do your grocery shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Maninder, and the store is well-stocked. I especially like the fresh produce section, which always has a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. “First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, offering minimal assistance when I had questions about their products. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by merely being there. I've never encountered such a lack of courtesy in any other store.The cleanliness of the shop was also deeply concerning. The floors were dirty, and the shelves were disorganized, giving the entire place an unkempt and unprofessional appearance. It was clear that hygiene and presentation were not priorities for the management.The selection of products was incredibly disappointing. The items were outdated, and it seemed like they hadn't restocked anything in ages. I was hoping to find something unique or of high quality, but all I found were subpar goods at inflated prices.To make matters worse, the checkout process was a nightmare. The cashier was slow and seemed unfamiliar with basic transactions. It took an unnecessarily long time to complete my purchase, leaving me frustrated and regretting ever setting foot in this Tesco. In conclusion, I strongly advise against wasting your time and money at Tesco The overall experience was a total letdown, and I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy. “I have visited Martins on numerous occasions. Ihave always found stafftobe pleasant and helpful. You can pay your untility bills over the counter. They have a reasonable selection of greeting cards for every occasion. The post office is situated at the back of the store. There is also a huge free car park and a free cash point outside the store.”

“I have the odd occasion to go up to Knaphill for fishing supplies. Co op is a great place to get a meal deal for £4.00. The place is well organised and efficient. It is located by a car park and is could for a quick shop. I think it's got a cashpoint. There's fast card only self scans as well as personal service. Nice enough..”

“Whilst it may lack the individuality and personality of the independent shop that preceded it, this Sainsbury's Local is actually quite good and much better than most supermarket local/express stores. The staff are always chatty and cheery and very good at opening up additional tills if they see a queue starting to form. Their stock range covers most things that you might need from a local store. The car park outside the store is really quite small and frequently full but there is a free car park across the road which is often easier to use.”

“Very rude staff. Yesterday I bought a bottle of wine and when I went to check out I was the only person in the store. Yet the lady at the counter was acting in a hurry , did not greed me or responded to my greeting . I asked 3 times for a bag and she finally almost threw it at me whilst overlooking me as if I wasn’t there and trying to attend to the only other customer in the que behind me. This is such a shame as it’s great little store, but sorry the staff needs to be more polite.”

“I had a good experience regarding the purchase of a Wilkinson Sword Pruning Saw and Holster. The staff explained that this would be quicker and more efficient than the folding type. I also purchased a twin pack of Bypass Pruner and Anvil Pruner. The staff asked if I wanted to get the Robert Dyas card. I agreed and got a discount on the total purchase.”

“I go there at least once a week and i love that fact that their opening hours are longer. However they often run out of stock and find empty shelves of meat and dairy. Other than that very convenient.”

I really don’t know how you have the audacity to say that??The items get reduced at 9pm and yet you come inside every night at 8:30pm and go through the whole shop filling baskets with reduced items without any regard for anyone else. I wish they would restrict the amount of items sold per person. Then at least other people would also get an opportunity to purchase reduced items. We are all struggling and yet there you are every night with all your baskets. Beyond belief That you can write what you did.”
