“I visited the store 4 May for a pre booked appointment only to be told by a young lady at the desk that there had been an emergency and they were running about 30 minutes late. She was very calm and polite unlike grumpy old me and I waited and reviewed some frames. Within about 15 to 20 minutes a gentleman carried out the initial 10 minute tests. Again very calm friendly professional and polite. Sat down again and within 5 minutes I was greeted by the Optician. Smiling, polite, friendly, professional and very thoroughwho took the time to discuss all my issues and so I left abeit late with a new prescription. 10/10 to the team, well done to all the staff under difficult circumstances very satisfied customer and I never rec. eived a parking ticket.”

Product quality is always high.Service in the main store is normally friendly and helpful. Can get long queues at busy times.Pharmacy service can be mixed with long queues and stressed staff due to workload. Overall, good.Good loyalty scheme.Great for Click and Collect pickup.”
