“Very rarely does one receive the care that I received at Chapel Lane Pharmacy under the management of Johalmak. I required 4 separate appointments to remove the wax from my right ear. The team worked for almost an hour each time and did not even charge me for the follow-up appointments. The care and consideration was second to none and I was always greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanour. My sincere thanks to James and James and Johalmak!”

“Since becoming unwell I have used this pharmacy multiple times a week. They have been excellent at accepting my phone calls and sorting out queries. They have also given me partial prescriptions to get me through the weekend as I need a new bottle every 4-5 days. There was a mix up with giving me the wrong medication over the counter but they refunded me the money and showed diligence in following up with the new member of staff. I think they have been excellent and have made a big difference at a difficult time.”

“When all the covid hoo-ha started, the queue to get in went halfway to B&Q, but there's no queue at all now. I've always shopped at Asda and found them quite good. Online shopping is hit-and-miss, but instore it's fine. Watch out for sell-by dates, though.Finally! They've discovered the 21st century! The carpark now takes cards; pay on exit. First 15 mins are free.Edit: they've stung me twice recently with prices. If you're buying household goods, check the advertised price is correct before going to the till. They're getting dodgy lately.”
