“Part of the medical centre so easy for collecting any prescriptions you may have been given. Staff are all lovely and very helpful, explaining things you may not understand. Only down side is that they don't always have what I want. Lots of chairs while you're waiting your turn which is very helpful and lacking in most pharmacy nowadays. ”

“Baking hot Thursday…Took me ol mum (86) to this store..fortunately air con BUT NO wheelchairs as quite staff ‘they’ve all been stolen’ wtf thinks I , this followed by ‘sorry sir but this IS aldershot…how sad is that. Anyway managed a waddle with holding onto trolley and cup of coffee in cafe where sophia and staff made a fuss of her. ALL staff throughout the store were real nice and made her day. She got a dress and some treats and for Someone who has mobility issues this was a nice trip, made so by great staff. It may be that folk can’t get issued wheelchairs, maybe generally a lack of or can’t afford, even so how sad a state. Said we’ll take hers from home next time…’what if they steal it? Says mum ‘ you’ll be sat in it you daft bat :):):) ….good store . Thanks”

“Never had an issue with this chemist and they are infinitely better than than any other chemist I've been to in the area.Good service and most importantly really fast with the prescriptions. Oh, and as a bonus they answer their phone - rare for a pharmacy!”

“I found myself in a horrible position before the bank holiday weekend without my essential medication after being let down by my usual Pharmacy at the very last minute. I spoke to Manou on the phone first and he was so kind and helpful and completely understanding of my panic. He told me what I needed to do and then said to come in and collect the items. After a short wait in the queue, I gave them my details and Manou had made sure they were ready for me and he then came out after a very short wait and explained what I needed to do with these new replacement items. He also said he would call me in 7 days to make sure that I was doing ok on them but, to get in touch if I had any issues. So many people needing prescriptions and they were so busy but all of them were kind, courteous and extremely helpful as soon as they could be. We should all try to be a bit more patient with staff members who are just trying to help us. Thank you Manou, you took my stress levels from 6000 to Zero in just that first phone call. I will see you again soon.”

“The previous owners/management of this pharmacy had and continue to have a poor reputation in the area. But may I take this opportunity to say how wonderful and helpful the new chap, Romil (if I’m spelling that correctly) is. He can’t do enough for his customers. He makes time for everyone. He explains everything well and offers the best advice and instruction. He even allowed me to buy Colic medicine for our newborn son even after closing on one occasion. We’d just come back from the hospital with our little man; and needing the medicine we went straight to the pharmacy. It had closed 15 minutes earlier, yet he happily let me in to make the purchase. I know other places where this would not be the case. Above and beyond always.”
