The girls on the desk were pleasant* The appointment was on time* The optician listened very carefully when I explained about my most recent appointment at the eye clinic at Frimley Park Hospital ( I have glaucoma in both eyes and visit the clinic every 3 months) He was very thorough with both my contact lense check and my vision test. He answered all my questions carefully and thoroughly and explained about the change in my vision. He explained more about the cataracts on my eyes and the treatment I was to receive at the hospital for them in 6 months time. It was the first time I’d encountered this optician and he was both charming and helpful.* I needed to have new glasses this time and I was given lots of help whilst choosing them. The girl helping was lovely.* I got a very pleasant surprise when I came to pay for my new glasses as I’d received 50%off because of my contact lense contract and then another discount too. So I got my glasses at a very reasonable price despite having lots of extras.*I was pleased to get an appointment very quickly to pick up my new glasses.* A very productive and satisfying experience.Many thanks.”
