“The team is very helpful. Yes, it’s hard to get through on the phone (although not always) and is frustrating, but you understand this easily when you go into the store and it’s always busy. They try and help everyone and can’t just multiply themselves.They are knowledgeable and understanding of what is happening with stock issues and the frustrations that come as a patient, and have always been helpful to the extend of their capacity.Perhaps if everyone treated them kindly, there would be more staff available to help, unfortunately there’s a limit to what they can do and some of this should be filled by the GP surgeries, who are also understaffed…They’ve been swamped after the Lloyds pharmacy shut down which adds patients to their lists with no additional staff but seems to have settled a bit recently.A bit of understanding from both ends will go a long way.”

To address the review below about the pharmacy not having stock, this isn’t their fault at all. As someone who works in this field, there is a National shortage of medications. Maybe brexit is to blame?
This is not the fault of pharmacies as they do not make the drugs neither can they produce them out of thin air if there is a National supply problem. You should Chanel this frustration to your local MP so this issue has any hope of being raised as it’s affecting every pharmacy.”

“Amazing caring and hard working staff in these difficult times , yes I waited for my prescription for longer than before covid 19 hit us , I've heard so much bad things said about the staff who are under pressure and don't seem to understand what goes on behind the scenes . Be patient with the staff please , the majority of the customers understand , but there is always the moaners who always seem to be more important than most . Turn a blind eye you wonderful hard working staff of Lloyds fleet you have always served me well with the upmost politeness and professional manner . Keep up the good work and ignore the I want it and I want it now none understsnding perfect ones amongst our community.”
