“Tired of being mismanaged, Dr Bull was supposed to get me in touch with social prescribing South West volantery action so I could get some support in the community on a one to one, and unsurprisingly got in touch with somebody else who was completely unhelpful and only rang me once. Dr Bull rang me couple months back maybe longer not sure for a medication review and all I got what seemed like an interrogation. Everytime I've tried to get the support I've needed I constantly get mishandled or fobbed off. For some strange reason this doesn't seem to happen to anyone else.”
