Can't fault the staff, they are great, especially given the amount of returns I do ! ? Mens wear is a bit lacking but generally quite a handy store.

I sat on a live chat for 1 hour and 18 mins trying to close my account this morning. I had 3 advisors leave the chat and never return. The customer service is poor and they don’t give a dam about you. I won’t ever shop at next again and the customer team needs major training.
