“I was so impressed and thankful from the manager/ lady with coloured purple hair, she helped find the perfect hiking stick to climb Snowdonia. All her information was so helpful. How to use the stick, what grip, what height! I never knew there was so much in a stick!! I am sure it made my hike to the top more comfortable. Thank you.”
