Stock is just a mess. Styles and sizes all jumbled up, have to spend ages looking through everything to see if they actually have what you want or need. It's a charity shop experience with high street prices. Not worth the effort

Unfortunately, I have just had a very uncomfortable experience with a staff member at the New Malden branch of Next.
