“Love the food department, good selection of products. Good for ladies fashion but have cut back on gent's clothing especially in the smart wear (not a great selection of suits in various sizes). Also small children's department. Reasonably priced cafe.”

“A really long story short my new baby nieces Xmas dress couldn’t be delivered twice, it ended up going to the Epsom branch in error a few days before Xmas. Brian and his amazing staff went out of their way to get it to me in time for Xmas. Knowing they must have been so busy but still made it happen when they didn’t have to was so kind of them. I know it took a lot of their time and effort so thank you so much, next are very lucky to have you as their staff. Happy Xmas and I will be coming in to say thank you when I can xxx”
