In excess of 45 minutes wait time for click and collect is completely unacceptable. What a waste of the valuable weekend hours because there was one clueless member of staff without an ounce of rush in his entire body. No problem with employing staff like this.. but MANAGE them. Scan & go not working but fine, I got to the tills with a weekly shop and the first cashier was closing so I went to Ann (grey/blonde hair with glasses) at till 10. She then told me she was closing leaving only one till open. So again I moved over and got in a big queue. Only for her to continue serving people who came... read full comment
