“Sunday 12th Sept 2021, when I went to my store there was a certain unease generally but what happen when I got to the till really I found alittle uncomfortable, as I always do I told the till attendant I would pay with my card, to be met with a blank expression, as I bagged my things I clearly and in English said I'll pay with my card again which I had to be repeated four times, each time to be met with a rude what, as if I don't speak English then after the unease I had to wait a good moment after pointing at my receipt five times it was past to me, with a rude thrust and snatching motion I don't wont that girl working in my shop I love aldi and staff like that I have no need for there was an air there which doesn't usually happen don't need the stress basicly it's hard enougth work day to day with out haveing to validate who am and what not to strangers. Thanks still love my shop and I'm not going to let this inserbordance put me off x,. Jan 2024,. As a result of the exemplary service the staff provide I have not found anything about this store uncomfortable at all often ive asked for things that are not on the shelves and the floor staff have gone and retrieved from back of shop, all the staff have built a repore with me and the trips to this store are very pleasing, also the rice pudding they do is exquisite with nutmeg, I have both man crush and a girl crush they are all so helpful, the staff deserve a pay rise second to none, if aldi delivered the store would be exalted above all other stores.”

“Prepacked Sandwiches were lovely with filling all the way through not just the areas on show. I felt like an idiot as I couldn't work the coffee machine, the staff was so helpful and made sure I got the drink I wanted and assisted me with the self checkout all without making me feel foolish or embarrassed so a big thank you to the gentleman on duty”

“Been served today by lola on the checkouts, although she's only 18 she was amazing! Friendly afficient helpful nothing too much trouble. Shame the elder staff(females) are not as nice sorry to say. Then as I approached my car one of your management team couldn't be bothered to remove her trolly from the car park, leaving my car to almost hit it!(blue cab mini)”

“Excellent, customer service was outstanding when I was there! So one assumes that it is the same for everyone! I found all that I needed very quickly, the one item that I could not find I asked one of the workers there, he was going home as he had Finished, but he took me straight to where the item was!”
“Use this Coop regularly for deliveries via Deliveroo and the consistency of service is incredible. Most orders arrive within 15/ 20 mins which is brilliant if you need something for lunch or a top up to your weekly shop. Drivers are always pleasant and polite.”

“I use this one 2-3 times per week for basics. Good selection. Occasionally an item with little choice, eg Cuppa soups (not that I have them often) they have just two flavours. Generally, good all rounder for food.”

“The only downfall is their pay zone machine is always breaking down when I want to get some gas and there isn't many places that have pay zone so I have to go into town. Staff are friendly and helpful”
