“Just brought my son's bike in for repairment of the handle, sheraz took me to the technician Scott immediately who repaired it in ten minutes. The service was amazing I couldn't believe how fast it was dealt with 110% recommend.”

“Just want to say a massive thank you, I’m registered disabled and have a no waiting card, which Iv never had to use before, but got caught short today as was held up in ques, the staff behind counter called for a manager which took me straight to use there disabled facilities. (Not open to public) just want to say these were the cleanest best disabled facilities Iv ever used, and staff were immediately there when I needed them, ten stars for the hygiene and facilities to the disabled toilets. Thank you. As some shops don’t recognise the no waiting card and staff knew immediately what it was ??”

“Variety of shops and food places to eat. Car park is vast and usually somewhere to park close to the stores you need. 9/10 I find what I need and I've been going here 20 years, so can't be too bad.”

“Decent sized store, just wish they had a bigger selection of clothing and a much bigger Home section. Shame the empty unit next door can't be purchased and the store expanded to include the HomeSense concept in the neighbouring unit.”

“I went to pick a delivery up and part of it was missing. The lady who I dealt with in the store (Gillian) was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to help me.”

“Great little store that's packed with a great selection of clothes. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful (though not at all intrusive). Changing rooms are a good size with decent mirrors if you want to try on before purchasing. Small downside is that there isn't a lot of room to manoeuvre (especially if you are in a wheelchair or have a pram) however staff will help wherever they can. ”

“Called in to look for a wedding renewal card i was about to give up when a saw a staff member restocking I went over and spoke to a friendly young lady called kat,who id like to thank for being so helpful as she stopped what she was doing and went over and looked much to my suprise she found a lovely card for me i left happy and i must say the store is well stocked and clean”

“Really handy place to grab toothpaste or any other toiletries for those in hospital or if you live close by like me. Just a small boots so it doesn't have a huge range but it has the essentials.”

“Large clean store catering for women and girls clothing didn't notice anything for the male of the species but i could be wrong. Has a section for the larger lady as well as shoes and accessories. Got a couple of nice roomy tops the cashier was pleasant and friendly. They have got a sale on at the moment, worth a look round.”

“There’s some great deals to be found here. You need to visit regularly in order to get them but there is also usually an extra discount on top of what is on the label when you get to the till.

They often get Travis Scott, Off-White, etc. collabs in.”

“I was struggling to find some leather trousers for a theatre show I am going to I had looked around a few shops and was disappointed however, I walked into river island and saw a member of staff as I walked in wearing the exact trousers I wanted I rushed over to ask her if they were from river island to which she said oh yes they are they are soo comfy I’ll show you them and proceeded to take me to the rail they was on. She also told me there was other colours in the sale! I went and tried them on and was so happy she complimented me in them very good service very happy customer. Lady’s name was Erica! Thankyou x”

“Today I went to the parkgate store and was welcomed by Richard I think his name was at the car seat area, he gave me lots of knowledge about car seats and the safety etc advised me which was the best for my child, he also fitted it in my car so it was all done correctlyI don’t normally leave reviews but he went above and beyond to help me todayThank you so much”

“Excellent service from the lady called Olena sales assistant. Very Helpful didn't have my wife's size on the rail Olena checked the system found there was one showing she raced off into the back and returned to the changing room with the dress my wife needed. All shops should have people like this lady assistant.”

“Went in to get some razors for hubby they were on offer so it was worth it. Sells toiletries, hair dyes, makeup, cosmetics etc. Has a place at back of the shop where you can get beauty treatments don't think I'd feel comfortable having something done while shoppers walking past but thats just me. Store nice and clean and one of the girls was very helpful when we wanted her help”
