“Visited last weekend, wanting to pick up a pair of road shoes for my (grownup) son. So cool to see an independent store with such a wide range of stock. I could have spent hours there. We were helped by an amazing guy (sorry didn't catch your name but you'd just run an ultra) who made us feel super comfortable. We left with a pair of shoes for the boy (and yes he got a pb at Endcliffe park run) and I *may* have picked up an amazing pair for myself too.”

“Rush Peak and Hunza Valley 2023:This was an excellent and very enjoyable trek through some amazing mountains in a beautiful and very friendly country. Jagged Globe logistics worked without a hitch and great accommodation was provided in-country before and after the trek. The food provided at camp was superb as was the support received from all the guides and porters. The route was interesting and took us through some stunning scenery and to some amazing camp sites. The camp kit was good and a mess tent and loo tent were available at all sites.I would unreservedly recommend this trip to anyone who is a competent and confident walker and enjoys the great outdoors. However it should be made clear that some of the paths are challenging in terms of gradient, surface and the amount of exposure, and the glacier crossings can be interesting!”

“Often here with my girlfriend to pick up or return orders. Service is always quick and staff are friendly. It’s not cheap, as you’d expect with Next, but the quality is high. The outdoor area is a lot of fun. In the summer we’d go and sit on the garden sofas and swing chairs. Lots of egg chairs too! Plenty of beds and bedding. Many, many cushions of varying sizes and colours. A limited range of wooden living room and bedroom furniture, including beds, wardrobes, bedside tables and chairs. Lots of decorative ornaments. A good place to look for gifts for a friend or family.”

“I dropped in at around 6.15pm in the dark and the frozen snow on a Friday with a headlamp bulb out. I was honestly only expected to find out when would be a better time to turn up to get a replacement bulb the next day. But the amazing Ken was there, with a laugh and a joke, like a ray of sunshine and within 10 minutes it was all sorted. Not only did I leave with 2 working headlamps, I also had restored faith in human nature. Ken is a legend, deserves an honour for Customer Service. Proper, traditional, old-fashioned, decent service from such a lovely guy.

I was served by Sam L and honestly he couldn't do enough for me! He went above and beyond and I genuinely felt that nothing was too much trouble for him, I was sut shopping and he fetched several sizes and styles for me to try on and helped me pick the best fit and colour
He was kind, professional and friendly and an absolute credit to the team! He just made the whole experience so easy and stress free!

We couldn't have asked for better customer service - the staff were in and out of the changing rooms helping and offering advice, without being over-bearing at all. Jill R advised my mum to try a dress we liked in petite as the hem would cut at a more flattering length and she was completely right. She then helped with accessories such as a fascinator.
