I got a marvel pot which had pens in but didn’t have a code so a lovely lady got the other marvel pen pot which had a missing lid and she got the one with missing lid and scanned the code so I could take the one without the code on home! You don’t usually get service like that these days! Very short queues too! Thank you and well done !”

Staff member I dealt with was really helpful- advised I try the non-petite version to see what it looked like and explained I needed to order on line for petite- it would be great if some petite stock was in store - could check size - length-that said I do feel I can go in store to check product details. “I discovered Nomad Atelier around 20 years ago (then Polyanna) and have shopped there ever since. Judy and Rita are amazing and have become like 'old friends', the service, the exquisite fabrics and the quality of the pieces is second to none. Everything I own is bespoke as I am tall with a boyish figure which means I always need a small alteration to the hips or the length of the pieces. I can't recommend them highly enough”

“This Matalan store is big, spacious and very welcoming. It feels like a nice, calm shopping trip.
There have been several occasions where there are not a lot of choice in sizes available, especially for mens clothes.
Since the addition of the self-serve tills, the queues are so much better. Previously, you could be queuing for an age, but now, you can use the self-service tills and complete your trip a lot faster and more conveniently.”

I do find it a little frustrating at times, I buy gluten free and lactose free, and they do have a a good section of free from, but i have noticed not everything is in this section that is free from, so I have to go looking for it, it would be alot more helpful if the section an entire section off and put everything in there thats free from, gluten and lactose free it would make my hopping trip at lot easier . But it's a great store as a whole”
