“I cannot state how far this pharmacy has fallen in my esteem. It is a joke, there is nothing but excuses for delays, tablets either absent from prescriptions or a note left in the bag stating you are owed tablets. When you come to pick up a prescription that has been sent digitally from the doctors you are simply given excuses and regularly left 20/30mins to get a prescription that is supposedly already prepared. This pharmacy appears to be more concerned with getting as much prescriptions as possible to make a good profit rather then customer service. When any objection or question is given, the response is condisending and dismissive.”

“Apart from the not being able to serve during dispensing pharmacists lunch, ive always found these really good, its just a pain if you are shopping and don't realise they cant sell to you or do prescriptions while the chemist is out usually 1pm till 2pm but don't quote me”
“My partner has insulin on order from the consultant regularly and uses this chemist.We live a distance away from the hospital and the chemist delivered it to the house.Very pleased that they do as it saves a trip there when not got an appointment there.”

“Just went in for our lunch today, which was very good. My partner and I always shop at Morrison's and have at least 3 meals a week at which ever Morrison's we are near.The staff are very nice and helpful at all of the stores we have visited and all of their produce is nice and of good value.”

Each time I was put in a queue when the queue got down to "you are in a queue of one" it would cut off. This happened 5 times over a period of about 3 hours. I was left frustrated and a little concerned.”
