Been here twice and would never go back. My local little Asda at Denaby is better stocked than this so called superstore. Each of the two times I have been in here, including today, the chicken section looks like it has been raided, nothing left. The store always looks like a budget end supermarket, with nothing looking particularly appealing. Not going here again.

Come here regular to collect/deliver powered access. Absolute nightmare to get in service yard. Nobody answers buzzer. Phone 2 or 3 times and they don't send anybody out!

very poor experience today.
I know it's a busy time for supermarkets but the general shopper who goes in to do a shop can't get around. Aisle full of empty cages, Internet packers that are gathered on one aisle (there was six in one aisle). They will not move to let you pass or get anything off the shelves.
The only saving grace for the store is the excellent lady on the lottery and the ladies on the self checkout. Perhaps asda should ask these staff to train others workers in the store.
Come on asda get your act together !

GREGGS IN THE ASDA. Omg perfect staff are lovely and food was delicious. Keeping on top of cleaning and so polite. What a lovely team ??

To the security guard they have on. What a gentleman amd friendly guy. Everytime I have popped in and asked him for various tasks he's always been welcoming and friendly and tonight even though what I bought was only what I could carry he offered a alternative which was double what I bought but wasn't carriage for me I offer him much respect for going above and beyond is duty. Give him a pay rise

They thing like managers staf people they thing like security ?they band me with out no reason only they was thinking I was someone els and when I ask for manager they bring a random person to say he?s the manager I knew the manager and when they see I record they was force me to live the store with out the police

Asda used to be a decent place, however now it is messy and seems understocked.
The real problem is at the check outs, 6pm on a week day and they only have ONE checkout operational, yet SIX members of staff manning the "self check out" this is just moronic..

If I could give Rotherham Asda online shopping delivery a -10, I would. It?s absolutely terrible!!
Delivery drivers huff if you don?t want one of the substitutes & complain to my face about it. They can?t be bothered to do the refund at the door so I end up having to do it myself online. However there?s not an option for ?driver too lazy to do it? so I have to put ?missing item?
My last few orders there?s been a tote missing on each, so I?ve not received my full shop.
Today, I?ve received out of date food and incorrect items.
I can?t claim a refund yet though because my order doesn?t even say it?s been delivered.
Sometimes my refunds get denied as maybe they don?t believe me? There should be an option to upload photographic evidence on the refund section.
Whoever is in charge of home shopping at Rotherham. You should be sacked. End of.

In excess of 45 minutes wait time for click and collect is completely unacceptable. What a waste of the valuable weekend hours because there was one clueless member of staff without an ounce of rush in his entire body. No problem with employing staff like this.. but MANAGE them. Don?t leave them to sink.
Asda is getting unbearable, everybody is treated like a thief in store, can?t have carrier bags accessible, staff prioritise picking online orders and blocking aisles with unnecessary trollies, on their phones and blissfully unaware of the world around them paying for their salaries. At this point Asda deserves to sink

Scan & go not working but fine, I got to the tills with a weekly shop and the first cashier was closing so I went to Ann (grey/blonde hair with glasses) at till 10. She then told me she was closing leaving only one till open. So again I moved over and got in a big queue. Only for her to continue serving people who came after me for another 10-15 minutes. Including trolley shops. She was probably due to finish but she continued to serve 4-5 people after she told me to move. 4:50pm ish, 29/08/24.

Disgusting !!! Went in for a Birthday picture to put on my son's 9th birthday cake to be told I am on my lunch break & been called back to do this. And was told there is a problem with the printer for the cake after 20 minutes of waiting for it to be printed! And I'd have to wait for it to be cleaned which could 'take a while ' overall was nearly 1 30 mine wait for a cake and came out with nothing and no apology but I'm sorry it's my fault they then had to clean the machine out for this to be printed! Ended up with no cake when this should of been done In the first place for anyone wanting a cake!

They have a cooked meats section that had been stocked with uncooked chorizo. ?Dry cured chorizo? Doesn?t say anywhere it needs cooking apart from on the back in small writing. I assumed it was like your normal sandwich or salad chorizo andI ate it with a salad and was very unwell for a few days. Why would meat that needs to be cooked be on the cooked meat section with other ready to eat meat, shame on you.
