Very helpful staff, restaurant busy but still managed to get a table

I’m not a huge fan of craighleith retail park - it’s a sadly depressing place and given it was built on one of the most important quarry’s - they completely overwrote its history.
However, M&S is the shining light - everything is done well here from customer service to the cafe and the clothes store.
