Good customer service a colleague (Ali) who from the same country as me helped me locate an item earlier today as I need rasor and nappy I did not understand language fluently English so I speak him in my language and he helping me. Thank you.

Phoned the pharmacy to ask if they stocked any burn gel. I spoke with someone who identified themselves as the pharmacist on shift that day. Fair enough there was a bit of a language barrier at the beginning of the call, and I had to elaborate on what I was looking for.
