This specific Asda used for past 7 years. SorItems missing that was always there. Same type items spread over 4 aisles, assuming so you would tike more time & buy more stuff, but that only makes me feel like I dont want to come back there as it takes that much more time to find anything. Older lady at the customer service desk is pretty rude and flippant, as well whenever I come later in the evening it’s never really clear which self serve section is open and you end up walking back and forward, and if you need help having an item approved theres very few staff available
