“We visited Friday evening and I cannot recommend your stunning restaurant enough.. From the moment we walked in, everything was beautiful. From the atmosphere to the drinks, we were in love. Our fabulous waiter David really knew his craft, he advised on wine and food which we happily obliged and took his recommendations. We were not disappointed. He simply couldn't do enough for us. The food was exquisite!! The nduja pasta dish was simply not the best Italian dish I've ever eaten but actually the best thing I've ever had, perfect flavours, cooked to perfection. A perfect start to our weekend in Edinburgh. We will be back on our next visit”

“Farm foods very good this is the south side of the city minutes away from the city centre, you can't go wrong here plenty shop's can be very much busy there's public transport here that can take you anywhere so you might be wise to get a taxi and your only minutes away from the train station or if you have plans you can get a bus to the airport or the trams.”

Also very tasty baked goods, with vegan options!Sadly, last time I went before leaving Edinburgh I was disappointed because my total was £10 more than I expected. I was a bit stunned so didn’t process it at the time, but on looking at the receipt they had charged me for all the jars I brought in and refilled! Without asking me if they were mine.. I would have said something if I were also buying the jars.If you’re careful to make sure you’re not incorrectly charged, it’s a great and eco-friendly store that I would recommend.”

“This Asda holds surprise a inside. We were actually visiting the Edinburgh Corn Exchange next door but parked up in the Asda car park. So we popped into Asda to get a couple of items. Lo and behold there sits an actual McDonald's Restaurant behind the cash desks. I couldn't believe it!!! I have never came across a McDonald's in a supermarket before and an Asda at that. It was absolutely mobbed, due to the event at the Corn Exchange, so we weren't able to stop in. Well, it's good to know it's there if we are ever out that way again. It was a good sized Asda and we found everything that we needed OK and paid at the self checkout. A store with a good sized car park, everything you need and a bonus McDonald's Restaurant for when you have the munchies or get hangry. Hehe!”

“Fast and simple discount grocery store. Yet, they had everything I needed. A fresh bakery goods area as well as a variety of beers and liquors. Plenty to choose from in the frozen foods area and a large area of fresh fruits. The store is clean, well lit and decorated in primary colors that are pleasing to the eye. Fast and easy check out and of parking in a private parking lot. Prices were reasonable and as always in the UK, bring your own bags or be prepared to buy their. No bags provided whatsoever. The staff was pleasant and friendly.”

Lady on the checkout was very nice, very apologetic for my wait even though she was working her socks off and it was very busy at the till. I'll return. Review upped to 5, given the consistency.Only not 5 because I give 5 if something is over and above. Clean, tidy, well merchandised, priced clearly, very pleasant staff. They're very limited for space but do well with what they have. Have been before and will return.”
