Very poor to none existent Internet in store, taking ages and timing out. Trying to open a DPD delivery QR code for an Ikea collection.The cashier said screenshot the QR code next time then we don't have this carryon. I will use a different pick up store in future.

As a disabled women shopping in store, I did not appreciate being laughed at and pointed at, also another customer witnessed this and informed me the young female staff members in store called me a discriminatory name and we’re making fun of me as I am disabled
