“Went into matalan store on Saturday I use crutches as I am disabled asked a member of staff to help me and the whole of the staff went way beyond they were so helpful and polite nothwas any bother to them I would recommend any person unlucky like me to visit this store they are a credit to matalan”

“I had a really good experience in store today and the staff member (I think it was Lynn) who helped me was so lovely. I felt a bit nervous returning a faulty baby monitor after having a bit of difficulty with online customer services, but the staff member dealt with my issue instantly. Retail workers are under a lot of pressure just now and it would be so easy to become negative but all of the staff were really nice. Thank you.”
