“I wanted to share our experience at Quiz on Wednesday.My daughter and I had a wedding on Thursday and really struggled to find anything to wear. I am awful at anything girlie and chose to go to Quiz as a last resort. Well I wish we'd just went straight there from the beginning.Pauline is the most lovely, helpful lady and she spent ages with me and my daughter looking for things we like, helping us to try them on, advising us on what would go well together. We felt like we had our own personal shopper.Pauline thank you so much you are one in a million and thanks to you we both felt a million dollars on the day of the wedding. We know where we will be heading from now on.I also must say that Carol is also absolutely fabulous and such a lovely lady.Thanks againMichelle & Lara”

“I was looking for my UGGs and I came upon this site. the customer service was quite good. after checkout I realized the shipping address was wrong so I panicked! but when I sent them an email and a message they responded pretty much immediately. I was able to sort my address out quite quickly! The sandals came well packaged! they Also sent me a handwritten note saying please leave us a review if you liked our service! so here you go!would shop there again I believe. Would like to see some better deals than other sites to make me go back more”

“Brought my disabled daughter’s trike in for repair and to remove the gears as well as tyre repairs. Went to collect the bike and as a good will gesture there was no charge for this due to my daughter’s disability. Couldn’t thank them more and really appreciate what they done. I would definitely recommend Halfords Dunfermline , they do go that extra mile.”

“Had a bad experience with a very un-friendly and unhelpful supervisor in Glenrothes store after my wife bought me a pair of £40+ Karrimors and the soles split from the boots. I explained I was a traffic compliance officer and the most climbing I'd ever done, was in and out of vehicles. The judgement was the sale was out of its 30 day return period ..... "Sorry, can't help you"!”

I felt a bit nervous returning a faulty baby monitor after having a bit of difficulty with online customer services, but the staff member dealt with my issue instantly.
