“I was having a bit of a crisis when my fuel cover of my car wouldn't pop open and I was running low on petrol. I decided to pop into Halfords to see if anyone could come to my rescue. Steven, who was working today (31st July 2025) was more than happy to have a look. This wonderful man took the time to help me and managed to get the cover open! He is amazing and it was no bother to him at all. He has no idea how much I appreciated this, especially today, because he didn't need to help me. “I was looking for my UGGs and I came upon this site. the customer service was quite good. after checkout I realized the shipping address was wrong so I panicked! but when I sent them an email and a message they responded pretty much immediately. I was able to sort my address out quite quickly! “Good size shop with the top floor mostly for sale items which is great. Reasonable selection of 915 girls stuff. The bottom floor has a varied selection of clothes, shoes and accessories. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

“I was in the store this afternoon and my granddaughter dropped £10.00. I asked at the checkout if someone may have handed it in. Couldn't believe it but a member of the public had handed it in. I can't thank the staff enough for their time trying to find out which member of staff had the note. It was returned to my granddaughter who didn't think she would see it again. “The shop was extremely busy when I arrived but a member of staff on the floor helped me out within seconds. I was looking for a specific pair of runners and he made sure I had the right brand, size and fit. He also used a scanner to check me out so I didn't have to wait in the long cue. Hope the guy gets a Christmas bonus because he deserves it.”

“Was in today 29/10 approx 12:30 good sized branch friendly staff and a special shout out to the younger guy at the bakery. Probably one of the friendliest most helpful people I’ve encountered in a shop in a while felt like he deserved a shout out as people are quick to leave reviews only when it’s something negative!”

“Had a bad experience with a very un-friendly and unhelpful supervisor in Glenrothes store after my wife bought me a pair of £40+ Karrimors and the soles split from the boots. I explained I was a traffic compliance officer and the most climbing I'd ever done, was in and out of vehicles. The judgement was the sale was out of its 30 day return period ..... “I had a really good experience in store today and the staff member (I think it was Lynn) who helped me was so lovely. I felt a bit nervous returning a faulty baby monitor after having a bit of difficulty with online customer services, but the staff member dealt with my issue instantly. Retail workers are under a lot of pressure just now and it would be so easy to become negative but all of the staff were really nice. Thank you.”
