“The shop was extremely busy when I arrived but a member of staff on the floor helped me out within seconds. I was looking for a specific pair of runners and he made sure I had the right brand, size and fit. He also used a scanner to check me out so I didn't have to wait in the long cue. Hope the guy gets a Christmas bonus because he deserves it.”

“Had a bad experience with a very un-friendly and unhelpful supervisor in Glenrothes store after my wife bought me a pair of £40+ Karrimors and the soles split from the boots. I explained I was a traffic compliance officer and the most climbing I'd ever done, was in and out of vehicles. The judgement was the sale was out of its 30 day return period ..... "Sorry, can't help you"!”
