“I think most people not understand how pharmacy works. I was disappointed when one of ladies who served me 2 months ago took prescription said it will be 1h I said OK then she said come after 2pm ( which was extra 3h ) I said OK and then she said no it will be ready tomorrow afternoon- I believe she just didn't want to serve me. I have been there last Saturday 17.09.22 and place was crazy busy and it was 4pm. Customers were complaining what a useless place its do busy - WELL ITS BUSY COS ITS ONLY PLACE WHICH TAKES PRESCRIPTIONS WALK INS AND ACTUALLY DO THEM. Staff didn't stand and chat - they were to focus on work!!!! I'm not even gonna mention that it was only pharmacy open on Monday 19.09.22SO PLEASE PEOPLE INSTEAD OF ABUSE STAFF working in pharmacy for delays give them some support cos they got probably 200 customers extra who were refused to be served in other pharmacy.”
