It’s most helpful as you have done in the past to offer an alternative if said item is unavailable from the manufacturer etc. I’ve had countless issues from major chains telling me it’s my problem to sort out a new prescription via the GP if that’s been the case. Support your local pharmacy, you won’t regret it!”
“My four year old daughter has a large painful persistant veruca and the over counter treatment wasn't helping. The receptionist at our Dr (Cults Medical group) refused to give us an appointment as apparently they dont 'deal with verucas' and Lloyds chemist in Cults advise was to call the Dr again! We visited Rowlands and the pharmacist couldn't have been more helpful and offered an alternative treatment to try. It may or may not work, but at least they offered some help and advise, which is more than the others done. It'll always be our first chemist to try in future. Thank you Rowlands.”

“Kind and considerate staff who always greet you with a smile and treat everyone with proper professional conduct, also they do this while working longer than normal hours from 9-9, keeping up with Tescos policy of convenience of all of their customers who cant always be there to collect a prescription within normal business hours. If a prescription goes missing, it is not their fault. It's most likely the doctor's surgery, but that is forgivable because there are 1000s of prescriptios written a month, so given how busy it all is, things like this are bound to happen. It's why I always make sure myself and not lash out blame at others. At the end of the day, it is partly my responsibility.”
