They always go above and beyond and are more than willing to contact the doctors and discuss any issues with prescriptions and have always offered help with any issues I've presented to them. Even going along for regular prescriptions, it's a joy to chat to the staff and pharmacist. Always willing to take a few mins to banter. This business and it's staff are an incredible example of the empathetic nature a health care worker must have and have proven thieir understanding of this time and time again.”

“It’s the staff that makes the pharmacy wonderful. I couldn’t find the pharmacy and was walking round in circles... called Claire up and she was so very kind. Took so much time out from her busy day and directed me to the pharmacy. They even waved out the window to show me where they were. All the staff including the pharmacist who gave us the flu jab and the young pharmacist were wonderfully attentive and kind. It’s so refreshing to see such great customer service. “Wow, where do I start? This pharmacy is undoubtedly the best in the area. I had to use it when other pharmacies (who shall remain nameless) let me down. The female pharmacist who dealt with my needs could not be more helpful. She was alsoentirely knowledgeable, friendly and she went out of her way to provide the best medication for my husband.
