“This was my first routine eye test at this branch since I moved from another area. I was made so instantly welcome. Despite it being the last appointment of the day everything ran to time. I am neurodivergent so was quite nervous of all the tests but Emily and Katrina put me at ease, consistently ensured that I was comfortable without ever making me feel condescended to or different. It was a happy interaction full of goodwill and humour; every stage was explained in an interesting, engaging way. I also witnessed the team interacting with elderly customers in the most courteous, caring and supportive manner, which added to my own feelings of being safe and in an affirming setting. As it was the last slot of the day I have not yet had the experience of choosing my new glasses, but I am looking forward to it like a shopping date with old friends. Thank you all so much.”

“Been to a lot of other big brand chemists for my daughters prescriptions where there was constant issues and questioning her medication and not being able to supply medication and refusing her prescription .However this chemist is outstanding for service and we have had no issues receiving her lifesaving medication. Also the process is stress free now.Only wish tried here first.Thankyou”

“Helpful, cheerful staff. Rarely any queues, trouble is their is a lot of stock they don't have 8n stock eg controlled drugs especially opiates and have to come next day in afternoon.”

“Outstanding service!I just moved here from Dundee. Tried 5 different chemists' in Dundee the previous week: trying to fill a prescription for two items, when one was universally unavailable. None would give me the other item, despite it sitting behind them on the shelf and them knowing that it would alleviate my symptoms. Each told me to return to my GP to get another prescription for the same thing (when it took 2 months to get that damn appointment!).The entire process took 5 minutes here.They also acknowledged my presence the moment I entered the store, which has not happened to me in a chemist's since the 1980s.”

“It was located in High Street. Mostly all medication was available. Friendly & Helpful staff. Only problem to visit here is we need to park the vehicle in paid parking, and it was expensive. Apart from the prescribed medication, we can find skincare, hair care, and cosmetic products.”
