The gym, spa and trainers are all excellent. The members are all friendly.i have been a member for several years and very happy here.There are a wide range of classes and the membership price is very transparent and stable.All the staff are very friendly and helpful.Thank you for all you do

Had booked into the sister hotel in Burnham. They took our booking and money and then told us they didn't have rooms! They offered us this hotel in Bicester instead. The outside of the hotel was nice and well maintained. The spa was clean and well equipped. The hallway outside our room was not cleaned. Evidence of partying... read full comment

We stayed here for a little bit of luxury before our shopping trip to Bicester. Unfortunately it wasn’t that - better off staying in a premiere inn. The rooms were small and basic - uncomfortable beds (definitely not a king size!!)Stains on chairs in the room and on carpet. Bathroom was small and basic.The spa pictures... read full comment
