Great place no fridge in the room and I find my bed was very comfy upgraded to number 10 and what a super room to stay inRooms: I stayed in room 10 great views of the golf course with a balcony

The worst booking experience I ever had . I had called many times to book a Spa day tratament and they never answered, or if I went through the membership service they took my info to call me back but never do it .

Booked a room to have some rest and a lie in but got woken up at 6am with a linin van and food van making so much noise outside the room. When I mentioned to reception staff no compensation was offered. It was a pricey room when I didnt get what I came for.

GOLF - FebFirst time playing here. Course in good condition bearing in mind the wet winter. 9 holes with various tee positions ( check scorecard online).Greens very undulating which makes a good challenge.Looking forward to seeing how it plays when the sun comes out.Friendly and helpful pro in the shop.Reasonable priced bar and food

Food & drinks: I had taken my friends who were visiting the UK for the first time for an afternoon tea experience at the hotel.Our close friend was disappointed to see a hair in her food. When we told the staff, they said, "This happens sometimes," and offered us a small bottle of prosecco.This was not expectable, we then spoke to a manager (Anton) who offered us a spa day for 3 of us, however I had booked for 6 afternoon tea's. This came with a condition that I could use it on a weekend. As we work Monday - Friday, I did speak to the Spa manager (Hailey), and requested her that I would prefer a refund.Hailey was really helpful and told me she would write me an email and talk to Anton. After two weeks, there was no reply. I then requested a manager to call me. When Tanya called me the following day, I told her that I would much rather have a refund than a spa day, and she promised to come back to me. Once more, no answer.After a week, I decided to phone the hotel and spoke with Mr. Tyronne Bird, the general manager. He was aware of my complaint and informed me that since I had purchased it from a third party, he would not be able to reimburse me.I was surprised by his answer to the hygiene issue (hair in the food), even though he suggested that I get in touch with the third party for a reimbursement. He responded in a rather casual manner and didn't seem to be concerned about my complaint. To be exact, he promised to remove my Trip Advisor review if I wrote one.Regretfully, this was a terrible experience from the start. or receiving a prompt or even positive response from management.

Great hosts for an away day. Facilities could have been a bit better in the room however the location was perfect .

The gym, spa and trainers are all excellent. The members are all friendly.i have been a member for several years and very happy here.There are a wide range of classes and the membership price is very transparent and stable.All the staff are very friendly and helpful.Thank you for all you do

Had booked into the sister hotel in Burnham. They took our booking and money and then told us they didn't have rooms! They offered us this hotel in Bicester instead. The outside of the hotel was nice and well maintained. The spa was clean and well equipped. The hallway outside our room was not cleaned. Evidence of partying not cleared up despite us arriving around 4pm. There was no mini bar. The bathroom was not very clean with some pubic hair left around the toilet and the shower gel was empty. There was a single hook in the bathroom despite it being for 2 occupants. Dinner was included in the restaurant which was very shabby and the staff although friendly didn't know much about the drinks being served or the meals. There were some vegetarian options but overall limited. The bar was friendly but the seating was worse for wear. This was supposed to be a romantic getaway but the hotel didn't feel special and the upkeep of the rooms, bar and restaurant were poor. Breakfast was below average served in a very tired looking restaurant. I've had better in 2 star hotels. The 'hot' food was luke warm, coffee wasn't fresh, very limited selection of food.It's close to Christmas but we were not informed that there would be noise and late music for parties eitherOverall poor customer service

We stayed here for a little bit of luxury before our shopping trip to Bicester. Unfortunately it wasn?t that - better off staying in a premiere inn. The rooms were small and basic - uncomfortable beds (definitely not a king size!!)Stains on chairs in the room and on carpet. Bathroom was small and basic.The spa pictures are quite misleading and the hot-tub was a cold-tub.Wouldn?t recommend staying here if you?re looking for a nicer getaway.

I went to Bicester Hotel Golf Spar with a group for a Christmas buffet, the meal was the worst I have had ,I wouldn't give the food quality 1 star but its the lowest I can give them.the chicken they served was like eating rubber the roast potatoes were soggy and had a unusual tates,turkey was quite dry very poor selection of vegetables in all it was a big disappointment, wouldn't recommend this place for food to my worst anamy

Attended a party. The place was very nice but MOST of the staff assigned were RUDE! I haven?t seen such awful behaviour from a staff! They ruined the atmosphere of a very grand debut party! Disgusting service ever!

The 2 stars is not a reflection of the room but the drainage issues and our need to keep being moved. We were in the accessible rooms and had to move 3 times due to drainage issues. However staff were amazing ? ? and could not be more helpful. The hotel staff and spa were fab and food was amazing xRooms: Good facilities and cleanliness but drainage system caused issuesFood & drinks: Great dinner and breakfast.Choice is excellent.
