“Incredible, warm welcome from Patsy this morning when I rocked up for a trial day session. I couldn't have felt more supported with my return to the gym after a looooong time away from regular fitness and exercise. Patsy checked in on me regularly to make sure I was safe and happy and wasn't phased at all by my interruptions and requests for help with various machines.A really friendly local gym with an excellent variety of machines, super clean and tidy and full of happy members (a good mix of casual and regular gym goers) I'll definitely be back!”
