“Michael was very welcoming and gave me good and honest advice as to what to go for within my budget and found a mattress the same day great member of the teamDelivery wasn’t great it was meant to arrive between 12pm and 6pm when it arrived at 9:15 am with only a 5 minute call before hand I wasn’t too impressed luckily someone was at home and awake as I was at work but was going to come home for 12pm, the delivery guys were really loud as it woke people in my house up and they work shifts. If it’s going to arrive early that’s fine but message or call at least an hour before you deliver it please.”

“Lovely pub with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, from the ladies at the bar to the chef! We acknowledge that we can be difficult customers because of various food allergies but these guys were just brilliant and seemed happy to help too. Great food and drinks, comfy room and perfect location near Bicester centre and shopping village.”

“Turned up on Friday & was met by Charlene, lovely girl she booked me in & I explained I was part of a group going to a wedding in Bicester so she put the whole group in the extension as it was quieter. Room was excellent, a long way from reception but not a problem as it was indeed quieter. I have stayed in allot of hotels, first time in a Travel Lodge & I was very impressed, opened the door fan was running as the w/e I went was exceptionally hot, curtains were closed, the room was so clean, the bed was huge & I'm 6ft 3'' & was very comfortable usually have trouble sleeping in a different bed, no problems there out like a light, very comfortable, extra pillows should you need them. The bathroom was very clean & tidy, Shower gel & hand soap in dispensers, spare towel should you require it, the mirror was the cleanest I have ever seen, I think the staff that clean these rooms really take pride in their job. I turned up a little early on the Friday & spoke to Charlene several times & she was very helpful explaining all amenity's, where to get food, also free parking which is always a bonus. The only thing I did find a little disappointing was it was a sun trap in reception & the poor staff working during the day in all that heat, was sorry there was not air conditioning for them & guests waiting to be collected. I think all the staff working are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble & when I go to that area again I will definitely stay there again. 10/10 First Class Thank you”
